To provide every client with a smooth and professional experience, please review the following policies before booking your appointment. By scheduling a service, you agree to all terms below.

APPOINTMENT POLICY

Arrival

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to fill out forms, get settled, and begin your service on time.

If you are 10 minutes late or more, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients.

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

Cancellations

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

No-Shows

If you do not show up for your appointment and provide no notice, you will be charged 100% of the service cost and may be required to pay a deposit to rebook.

DEPOSIT POLICY

Some appointments may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

Deposits are applied to your final service total but are forfeited for:

Same-day rescheduling

NEW CLIENTS

All first-time clients must complete a digital intake form and consent form before beginning any service.

This ensures safety, proper skin analysis, and accurate treatment customization.

LIABILITY & HEALTH POLICY

For your safety and in compliance with state guidelines:

Please notify your aesthetician of all allergies, medications, medical conditions, and recent skin treatments.

Certain services cannot be performed on clients using Accutane, retinoids, antibiotics that increase photosensitivity, or other contraindicated medications.

Royalty Lush Beauty Bar LLC is not responsible for adverse reactions that occur due to unknown or withheld medical information, failure to follow aftercare, or reactions outside of the aesthetician’s control.

AGE POLICY

Teen facials are available for ages 13–17.

A parent/guardian must be present for minors receiving any skincare or waxing service.

WAXING POLICY

For best results and safety:

Please arrive with hair at least ¼ inch long.

Avoid exfoliants, retinoids, and tanning 48 hours before and after waxing.

Clients on Accutane (currently or within the past 6 months) cannot receive waxing.

PAYMENT METHODS

(All payments are non-refundable.)

REFUNDS & PRODUCT RETURNS

No refunds on services.

Retail products may be exchanged within 7 days if unopened and unused.

Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

PROFESSIONALISM & RESPECT

Royalty Lush Beauty Bar is a professional environment.

Disrespectful, inappropriate, or aggressive behavior will result in immediate dismissal and refusal of future services.

SANITATION & SAFETY

We follow strict industry standards for sanitation, disinfection, and professional skincare hygiene to ensure the safety of all clients.

Your tools, linens, and treatment area are disinfected and sanitized between every appointment.
